POSITION SUMMARY Duo Display USA is the subsidiary of a French company which manufactures and distributes a complete range of image carrier products for visual, trade-show and POP communication. We are currently looking for a polyvalent Manager for the US Operations. Duo Display = 5 people / based in Chicago Full-time job – The position is open KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In charge of developing and managing the US branch of a French company You will be in charge of achieving the budget that you have set-up (Sales / Margin / Cost Control / Marketing). You will be part of the team in charge of the global development strategy (both in Europe and in the USA). MISSION DETAILS: Marketing • Set-up local strategy • Develop local marketing tools • Adapt Marketing from France to US requirements • Today’s tools include: Literature (catalogs, pricelist, technical guidelines), Website, YouTube, FlickR, LinkedIn, e-mailing tool and collaborative online tool Administration • Reporting to headquarters: o Weekly: sales and cash-flow o Monthly: sales o Quarterly: Budget Control, Inventory Report o Yearly: End of the Year Accounting, Budget for next year • For the administration, you will be assisted of an Office Manager / CPA • In charge the purchase inventory with the help of the Production Manager Sales • Animation of the sales team and customer service • Objective: +30% growth per year • In charge of Key Accounts

Experience in management of a small team Detail oriented, organized Ability to report Good human relationship Willing to be part of the Duo team Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus Experience in trade-show / displays is a plus Fluent English is compulsory / French is a plus
